I was making a bed for my daughter and was going to need to make a ton of cuts. I’m normally the type of person that measures 3-4 times before I cut just ti make sure. This allowed me to place the boards on the saw, feed them through, and cut. I never needed to worry about measuring, marking, measuring again, and then transferring to the saw. Saved me a ton of time in my project. Definitely would recommend if you have the money to spend. It’s not needed, but it’s worth the time savings to me.

Loved the build quality and the ease of use. It seems I have less and less time and more and more to do – so always on the lookout for opportunities to get my work done, (the right way) but in less time. I grew up with “measure twice and cut once”…just save 1/2 the time; measure once, cut once- PERFECT! My project list will start to get smaller now! Thanks Reekon!!

Some what a little bit difficult to zero in.

So much faster than taking out the tape measure each time to check your cuts. VERY ACCURATE

I used it on my miter saw so I didn’t have to continue to measure each board. The device is very accurate on the measurements the numbers are very easy to read on the display. Wish I would have bought one earlier.

This is such a time saver. I now use it to measure the first board, then place my stop block to cut the subsequent boards so they are all exactly the same length. At first I had trouble due to the thickness of the blade, but once I ran through the full calibration and set the blade thickness, all is working well. I keep it on my miter saw and use it a lot!

yea sure it looks and feels like a quality tool but that’s where it stops for me. I’ am a professional carpenter and so I have my miter saw on a table with an adjustable material stop which makes accurate multiple cuts fast as in like a couple seconds apart. I was thinking this would make things like extremely accurate but found the cuts varies on average 1/4″ short. for this to work properly you have to move the material pretty slow to make sure the wheel don’t skip. As for the time I spend 20 to 30 seconds getting each cut where I needed the measurement to read what I wanted. I found this to be nearly 30 times slower than just using my other setup and un reliable on accuracy. If it was heavier it would make a good door stop but crap that’s just another thing it just don’t do well. Looks like a lesson learned

This is a very nice tool for your saw and is very precise once you get it calibrated correctly. One mistake I made is after the initial calibration was I didn’t add the saw width to the tool like you’re supposed to do. Every time I calibrated it, it was always 1/16 off of the cuts I was trying to make but once you add the difference for the saw blade it is dead on every time. Another thing is making sure it’ll fit your saw. It wasn’t compatible with my saw because the fence was too short so I had to get the adapter fence to make it work and with that I was able to cut 4 inch pieces of wood. Overall it’s an awesome tool to add to your saw especially if you are making a lot of cuts and don’t want to measure every piece before you cut it
