Finally, a headset people can hear me! Use it daily while walking on busy Chicago streets and no one has asked me to repeat myself (though I excuse myself while the ‘L is running over head because it’s the only time I can’t hear. The location of the mute button and answer buttons are great, balance and weight are comfortable.Bought the refurbish for $40 – probably should buy another.Bonus features I love that I didn’t know I would use -1) reversible so you can wear on either ear (disocvered I have some hearing loss more severe in one ear..oops!)2) it can be connected to two (maybe more) devices at once.

The is a great piece. I bought two. One for me, and one for my girlfriend, and they work perfectly. The noise reduction is truly impressive. I can be walking in the wind outside, and she can be driving her loud car, and the sound is near perfect. When she is driving, it sounds like she is a quiet room, where before she would need to shout into her iphone 6, and I would need to strain to hear her. The operation is very simple, but still full of features. She is not good with technology… at all, but she can easily use this after I walk her through pairing it. I love finding all of the options, and there are plenty to find. My favorite is the feature that disables the headset when you aren’t wearing it, and knows when you put it on. With my other device, I would always forget it was in my pocket, and go to answer the phone, and they would not be able to hear me, so they would hang up before I switched the audio. Doesn’t happen any more. When this one is in my pocket, I answer the phone, and the audio is on my phone. I then put the bluetooth on, and it automatically either answers the call if it is still ringing, or switches audio to the bluetooth. It works great. The fit over the ear is very comfortable. She is really picky about headphones and how things fit in her ear, but this stays in place perfectly. It is easy to put on, and easy to switch ears. overall, I love it.

This might be, like, my fifth bluetooth headset I’ve owned in the last ten years and it is by far the best for my needs… which is primarily automobile related. This headset is extremely comfortable. I can wear it for hours without discomfort (even with sunglasses on). I can hear people perfectly. And from what my friends tell me, they hear me pretty well; although, some of them have told me there is slight quality drop when I’m on my bluetooth. I opted for the chargeable travel case and I’ve never found myself hurting for juice. The button and switch placement on the device is intuitive and easy to use.The only negative: If you are looking for a sleek, fashionable, and discreet bluetooth, this ain’t it. The Voyager Legend is in-your-face obvious; everybody you encounter knows you are wearing a bluetooth headset.Jabra Wave comparison: The Jabra Wave wraps around the ear and has a long boom like the Voyager Legend. The difference being that the Wave’s mic rests upon my chin while the Voyager Legend’s mic hovers off my face. Unfortunately, the Wave’s mic pulls at my stubble if I go unshaven for a couple days. I don’t have this issue with the Voyager Legend.

By far my favorite headset ever made, hands down no BS. I ordered two this time and they were flawless from factory new. Current firmware, no need to update. I wear it all day long from my home office and when traveling. I keep two on my desk and one in my laptop bag. This is probably the 8th or 9th purchase of this product over the last several years and the price keeps dropping. The only reason I have bought this many is because I have lost a few and my very naughty Chihuahua eats them every chance she gets. She has even been caught pulling one off of my head when I fell asleep on the couch one day. Excellent performance & product, but not Chihuahua proof. She doesn’t eat anything else, but apparently these Voyagers taste as good as they work.

Product arrived on time and in god condition with the exception of one defective ear gel. The seller was very prompt in saying they would send another.Sound quality is very good to excellent and the noise reduction when speaking into the headset (according to all the people I asked), allowed the listener to hear me clearly. This, even when driving with the window down. Can’t top that.I believe the volume in the earpiece maxes out quicker than other headsets I’ve used, but I’m using it for conversations rather than listening to music. If someone needs a really loud headset, this would not be my first choice. It is also quite comfortable over longer periods of time. Just like any other Bluetooth wireless device I’ve used, you cannot go far from the phone and still have it function well. I don’t find that problematic, as when I’m not wearing a headset, I don’t go far from my phone anyway.Really, all together, for the money a great buy on a quality headset.

The unit has worked almost flawlessly for the last two months. Yesterday, the unit disconnected itself from my phone and through several attempts of power cycling the unit and my phone It refused to connect.I decided to delete it from my phone and attempt to re-pair it to see if that would work. The unit refuses to pair with my phone. I am going to try to pair it with another phone later today tobrule out my phone being the problem.UPDATE: I installed a software update from Plantronics website and the unit is working again. I expect that the software that was running somehow got corrupted.

This is the best Bluetoth I’ve ever had! I’m a mobile hospice veterinarian, so I’m on the phone quite a bit while driving. This is crystal clear whether my car windows are open or closed. I keep it in a small box in my purse because it is too delicate to just be tossed in there to fight for its life. I’ve never had anyone complain that they couldn’t hear me, even when I turned it on in the middle of a conversation. It’s very comfortable – takes an hour or two before my ear aches (my ears are really sensitive), and then I just switch it to the other ear. It looks big and bulky, but it’s very light. I do find it a little hard to put it on my ear quickly one-handed due to the bulky ear piece. Highly recommend!

quite possibly the best bluetooth headset i’ve ever owned and in previous years. ive gone through several samsung and motorola units but went on a headset hiatus after purchasing a vehicle with in car bluetooth. i still think OEM in car bluetooth is the way to go but if i need a headset this thing is the TOYOTAS of bluetooth head sets. practical, good price from this seller and quality that is unsurpassed. lol i had some issues with the ear buds but after some misses, i’ve figured out a way for a good “custom” fit for a very cheap price. i have reviews of that item also. so check it out if interested. but the medium and large oem silicon buds work ok for me too. highly recommended if you need a bluetooth headset oh and get a car charger for this thing. the batt life is not all that its cracked up to be. i actually opted to get the charger/case for mine. just in case.
