we were looking for a fan with contemporary look for living room to go with the curtains and furniture, installation was easy, it will be better if you have help. wiring and instructions are straight, no need for professional help, i could do it myself. Fan looked very attractive after installation, it runs very quietly, what i liked the most is the motor can be rotated for hot or cold air using remote itself, no need to slip a switch on the fan like for many other fans. it came with everything needed, except for light bulbs, i had to buy the bulbs separately. it came with 2 length rod sixes, the smaller one worked well for me, overall great fan and very satisfied with it so far. definitely feels durable but time will tell how long it lasts.

Taking down the old fan and putting up the new one took about a hour had to get help holding light part to connect the wires. Sinked to remote on first try looks great little bigger than I thought it would be.

I bought this light+fan combo for my dinning area. It was very easy to install. I got lot of compliments about the fan. I like that rustic look it has and quality it came with. It is not the best solution to cool the place, but it gives the look you need. The remote control gives you the comfort you need.
