I will say I just got the box and I’m using this for a fake basketball floor in front of a backdrop of a stadium bc we couldn’t shoot in the gym. It looks great and fits together smoothly so far. I can’t speak to durability but the color was dead on and each piece comes with two pieces that will make a straight edge on two sides. So when you make the mat you will have pieces to make it not look like a puzzle piece on the edge.Update: it took over 100 kids standing on it across a time of 12 hours. It didn’t dent, tear, smush nothing. It looks like basketball flooring in the picture too which is what I meant it for. When I needed a floor bc my backdrops were too short to stand on. And if someone is wanting this as a slightly fancier way to pad floor for a child I would absolutely recommend it as long as you don’t have one of those “picker” kids like mine used to be which then no type of put together mat would work. If they are sitting and can find the split/seam and like to pick it will happen. Did come with edges to make it finish out nicely. Color was dead on picture and looks as close to wood as a fake floor like it could.

I recently converted a portion of my basement into a gym. It had concrete floors so I needed something that would provide a bit of cushioning.I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money so I was happy when I came across these! I read the reviews and saw that most people liked the productso I decided to give them a try. I ordered them in “slate” and they look pretty much exactly as they did in the ad.They were very easy to put together. It’s like a puzzle, you just have to connect the edges together. There were a few parts where I had to trimto fit (mostly against the walls) but that wasn’t a major issue at all. In total, it probably took me just a little over 30 minutes to complete. It provides just the right amount of cushioning. It does indent a bit where I put my gym supplies but thats to be expected of foam. I can alwaysreplace it once it wears out. With that said it seems to hold up well against other things. I have a 70-pound dog who always accompanies me whileI work out and there’s hardly any damage to the flooring even after a few weeks. There are imperfections but you can’t even seem them unless yougo on your knees and take a close look. Cleaning is easy too – I just run my  microfiber mop  over the floor every week or soto take care of the dog hair and any dirt.So yeah, overall they were a great purchase. Not only do they provide cushioning but they look amazing…at least a lot better than the concreteI had originally. The gray color that I choose is very nice and modern too, reminds me of modern hardwood floors. I read that some people haveissues with the foam bubbling under direct sunlight but thats not going to be a problem for me since I have it in the basement.

This foam flooring is perfect on my bare basement floor and feels great under foot. I chose the light cork appearance because it didn’t have any lines to deal with. The tiles went down easily and I was able to trim edges with regular scissors. In fact, my worst pair of scissors worked better than my best pair of scissors. I found that some areas had a better, tighter fit than others, but none of the tiles had a bad fit. The two edge pieces that come with each tile are slightly different on the ends. When taking them off, it may help to lay them in two separate piles. You’ll figure out the minor differences the more you do, but there’s nothing you can’t solve with scissors and spare pieces. That was the best thing about this flooring. If I had a triangular spot that I needed to fill, I could just cut a triangle out of a spare piece and fill it. When standing, you could barely tell there were any lines.

These are fantastic. What a GREAT product. I am doing my entire 1st floor of my home in white oak. I have a spine injury and the soft floor really helps. Only challenge is right now we are half done and the product is on back order. Anxiously awaiting more but looking forward to end result

I was hesitant to buy this after reading some of the reviews, but we were trying to fix up our unfinished basement to be a bit nicer to serve as a playroom for our kids and not being 100% confident that the foot would be water tight, I thought this was the best option. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged – no pieces were damaged upon opening the box. One of the reviews claimed that the tiles smelled so bad it made them sick, but I didn’t notice that. There was a plastic smell, but it faded after they had been out for a few days. Maybe because it was in the basement, it didn’t bother us at all?I laid these in the parquet pattern like some had mentioned and I think they look really nice. My kids love how they feel and immediately laid down and rolled around on them. Cutting them wasn’t quite as easy as some people made it sound, but it wasn’t bad. And it’s a playroom, so I didn’t really care if the few cut parts against the wall were jagged.I did have some color variance between packages, but it’s really not noticeable. As far as the comments on bubbling and peeling, we haven’t seen any of that yet. It seemed like those people mentioned it was caused by direct sun or heat ans we don’t really have that in the basement. I did get a big indoor/outdoor area rug for the spots that I knew would get the most traffic and covered the floor to try to prevent the peeling. And I also ordered about ten extra pieces for swapping out if needed. Overall, I’m very pleased and have had a ton of compliments. I might even get some for our laundry area too.

So I’ve purchased other EVA foam floor matting including the gray and a black one which I really love the textured one for the gym. I was really expecting this to have a super smooth surface much to my surprise and delight the mahogany was actually textured and it was quite beautiful up until the point where I realized one of the pieces is cut incorrectly. The connection on the main piece is actually cut just like the edge pieces so no matter what I do there is no edge piece that will fit onto it as you can see from the pictures. But for the price it’s a good deal and kind of hoping this seller will replace that one piece and if so I will be ordering more. I have the black and gray ones under my hot tub it’s a portable inflatable and on top of that I have artificial grass is it really makes it for the floor of the inflatable tub very soft. I got these ones for my new dog treadmill and my vibration platform. But I have to say out of all three sets these pieces literally fell into place with each other I didn’t have to force him and there seems to be no distance between it lays quite beautifully. I’m going to take heed to what the other reviewers said about putting it out in the sun and see how long I can make it last because honestly the price point for what you get is quite nice and it is quite beautiful and if it holds up I swear my next house and going to have it everywhere so my dogs have something to walk on everywhere and it’s easy to clean up when they have a little accident

We originally wanted wood or tile floors in our sunroom but the concrete floor was not level and we had issues with water coming in. The contractor bids didn’t justify the cost of new flooring.I’m so glad I found these tiles! These tiles are perfect, especially for our little one. Since our sunroom is oddly shaped, I needed to buy extra, which is great in case water gets in. It only took a couple hours and two exacto knife blades to get them laid out properly. I chose arrange them parquet style based on another reviewer’s pic. I’m so glad I did because I didn’t have to worry about the grain lining up.I hope they hold up for at least a year before I need to start replacing the tiles. They do dent easily, so I got a rug to lessen/camouflage the impact for the chairs.

Using this flooring in the bedroom of a Health Care elderly resident that has fallen multiple times. Since we haven’t been able to keep her from falling, we decided to try protecting from injury. This flooring protects dignity and cushions those falls! Has held up well to having a wheelchair and walker used on it, mopping, etc. Very pleased.

  9. Kindle Customer

Bought a house with horrible floors. These mats are a great substitute until I afford new hardwood floors. I have for trouble and these mats make walking in my home so much better for my problems.

We Sell Mats went over and above to get me my order. (Carrier lost it.) I informed them Once, and they, (Missy,) was right on top of it from there. Can’t say enough about the seller. The Product. : Exactly as advertised. These are play room mats, with an image of wood. They are Perfect as that. However, if you are expecting wood quality floors that are soft, you will be disappointed. There is no such thing. I only bring this up because another review went on about how the grain didn’t line up Perfectly, and they can see the seams. She’s right, but why would you expect anything else?? These are playroom mats!I did buy them for my living spaces. Kitchen, Bath and next is the Living room. They look Fine, for what they are. If you, like me are willing to forgo perfection for Comfort and Economy, (these came in at less than $1 /sq ft.) then, by all means, these are for you. I bought them as temporary, I am renovating the whole house, and the price fit my budget, but now that they are in, I want to keep them. Talk about ‘Happy Feet!’Installation : The videos cover most of it, but I have some additional notes. I promised Missy that I would post pics and a ‘How To’ video, but it just isn’t needed. The installation is So Easy and So quick, you really don’t need instructions. As for Pics, the others available tell the same story. It looks Great! (Again, for what they are, play room mats. Be realistic.)1) They are NOT kidding about paying attention to how you position the grain direction. Not that it’s hard. It’s because it goes SO fast, that you lose track. Then you turn around and four tiles face different directions. Not a problem in the middle of the room, just reposition them. But if you cut the piece to fit an edge, you have to use a new one. I did this Multiple times! I am NOT kidding, it goes That Fast. 2 rooms in 2 hours, with mistakes corrected.2) And No One should have to be told this, but I was exhausted and just wasn’t thinking straight, DO NOT cut tiles on the floor you are installing!! Duh Doy!! I actually ruined 2 tiles this way. Yes, I am ashamed, but not so much that I won’t warn you. You’re welcome.3) These are Incredibly Forgiving. Cut a seam too wide?? Just cut a sliver off of a scrap piece and jam it in there. As long as it is a low traffic area, as the edges usually are, it’s not an issue. I had to cut around a toilet, by eye. You can imagine how may patches are in there. No one will be stepping on them or shifting them. They are Fine!
