  1. JOHN

Great contemporary look, works great, super quiet and the oscillating feature is a real bonus. Love the fan,

  2. K. Police

Great low profile ceiling light. Special bonus, the fins below the blades are directional. You can adjust which direction the fan blows. The other reviewers were correct in that the support bracket needs modification. No biggie for me because I’m handy. Remote is excellent and adjust every function of the fan. Great lighting, quite and perfect dimensions for small areas. Even though I’m using it in my garage ( man cave).

This item is exactly what was expected. It arrived much sooner than expected. The three lighting options are nice. The fan power is good (we have 8ft ceilings). It makes a soft buzzing noise which I find soothing. The mountable remote beeps loudly when you press it to select light/ fan speed ect. This is slightly unpleasant. Also, there was no trim piece included to hide the space between ceiling and fixture so aesthetically it isn’t perfect but with a higher ceiling this might not be an issue.

  4. Buzzfuster

I’m really glad I bought this fan for a room that has low (7’6″) ceilings and desperately needed a low profile ceiling fan. I’m 6-feet tall, and the bottom of this fan is well above my head. I was also leery about buying a fan with LED lights, but I have to say, I’m pretty impressed with the light both in terms of the selectable temperature and the dimmer feature. The fan pushes a good amount of air around, even on the low setting. It’s very quiet. Some reviews mentioned that it was difficult to install. The instructions are clear that this installation needs two people, and although I have installed a number of ceiling fans myself, I agree, this one definitely needs a second person to hold it up while the other person connects the wires and mounts the base onto the bracket screws. The reason a second person is needed is the wires are connected to a little aluminum box inside the motor housing, and that little metal box is attached to the housing by a single, thin, flat piece of aluminum, and I’m afraid that if I had let the fan hang by the connected wires, it would have damaged that little piece of aluminum. I wasn’t super into the idea of a remote, but after using it, I have decided that it’s not bad at all, and it allows you to change the fan speed, light color & temperature, and the fan rotation with none of those cheap dangling metal pull chains that most ceiling fans have and that seem to eventually get broken or snap off inside the motor.Pros:Great air circulationVery good light temperature (three temperatures ranging from bright white to warm white, very similar to a traditional incandescent bulb) and brightness control.Nice lookVery low profile.Unlike some of the reviews, I found the instructions to be clear and easy to follow. The hot and return wires come ready to install in a wire cap. They have an exposed tip (roughly 1/3 of an inch of wire is exposed” and a little brass cap to prevent the twisted wire from fraying when you put the wire cap on. I like a little more wire exposed, so I stripped a little bit more, but I actually don’t recommend that. Just use it the way it is.I also really liked that this came with two mounting bars in a cross pattern. So unlike most light fixtures and ceiling fans that have only two (or sometimes one) mounting screw, this has four. It’s much more sturdy.Cons:You definitely should have two people do the installationThe thin metal strap that holds the wiring box seems pretty flimsy, but once the fan is installed, it’s completely fine. The motor housing is also made of a thin metal, and it’s easy to bend the piece that forms the slot where you have to slide in the mounting screws. You won’t damage the housing unless you somehow drop the fan, and the metal where the mounting screws go will straighten out when you tighten them. Still, I have to say this is a better design than trying to line up the screw hole on the motor housing with the screw hole on the bracket and then getting the screw in straight like traditional ceiling fans have. Some of the other reviews commented that they weren’t sure whether the yellow wire was the ground wire or not. It is. It also has a green stripe on it so that if you live in an area, like the US, where ground wires are normally bare copper or have a green outer coating, that it’s a ground wire. It’s also much thinner than the hot and return wires (which are the normal white and black). Some of the reviews also mentioned that the fan does not come with wire caps. While that’s true, 99% of the time, a ceiling fan is replacing an existing light fixture, so there should already be wirecaps in the wiring box that you would simply reuse.Overall, I’m really pleased. It’s a bit more pricey than I had planned, but it’s impressive enough that I’m going to purchase another one for a second room that also has a 7’6″ ceiling.

  5. BVpattikay

I’ve never seen a fixture like this before and was at first skeptical that it would work effectively but after an easy installation I am thrilled to say it’s FANTASTIC! The light hangs about 7 inches from the ceiling and has a sort of high tech look to it. The fan moves the air and cools the bedroom nicely. I will purchase another for our guest room. And, the customer service is excellent! I contacted the seller a few times with questions on the product and shipping before purchasing and they responded literally within minutes every time. Shipment was fast and easy too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this light/fan fixture and company.UPDATE: July 6, 2021 – Just wanted to day this is the BEST COMPANY with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My kid broke the remote and they were SUPER HELPFUL getting me a replacement. Thank you!!!

I installed two 36″ apart on center in a sunroom with two exterior house wall, two screen walls. It was 8 foot ceiling on the back, 7 ft on the front of the wall, so regular fan is outside the safety zone (my head). Mounted them center of the room with the bladeless fans. The light is brighter than my expectation (or my electrician) and the fan is more than ok on medium, almost too fast on high. South and East screen walls in California Central Valley so most about 100 degrees. Very comfortable. Not A/C but comfortable. I just ordered too more for my patio in my South/East area of the back yard. Cool that the lights change a litter and brighten a bit and the fan can go out or pull the air. I set up the fans to light with a wall switch and use the fan function with the remote since the lights are used all the time and fan only if we are using the room or patio. BTW, my electrician sync’ed both fans so one remote, one light switch. I can still use only one of either until with the remote. So cool.

This fan was exactly what we were looking for. A blade protected fan with a unique look for the kids room. The remote is really nice and controls light, fan speed, bottom baffle and also has a timer to turn off. The fan itself feels cheap with all the plastics. The lights change color between the 3 each on/off cycle. The light is puts off is nice and fills the 10×10 room well.Seller was very communicative when I asked a question and the fan arrived about 10 days after ordering.Overall it is a worthwhile buy.

  8. Meg Ryan

I contacted the seller via email and they responded promptly! They were able to ship/deliver a lot sooner than ship date that was posted. Installation was relatively simple. Be prepared to buy your own battery for the remote, as one did not come with fan. It is not a standard AAA or AA battery. It’s a LiCB A23 12 V battery. The fan is very quiet. It looks very expensive and the light on it is very bright. The fan has 3 speeds and has cover vent thing that goes around to spread the air out. I would buy this fan again.

  9. Amazon Reviewer

Summary: Wife and kids love the fan and it works great. Moves a surprising amount of airLikes: Great fan for low ceiling and bunk beds. Excellent lighting in a 12×14 room. Love the 3 different light settings and dimmer capability. The oscillating fan moves some serious air, better than the 42 inch Casablanca it replaced. Like that you can set it on a 1 or 2 hour timer.Dislikes: A bit challenging installation due to the bracket. Neutral wire could be longer and more substantial. The fan is one piece so no assembly required (nice). Made some mods to the fan and the bracket to get a level install. Don’t like that when you use the light switch to turn off the fan it doesn’t keep your light settings. Price seems a bit high for a plastic fan.Would buy another, especially if the price came down a bit.
