This arrived quickly and was packaged safely / no damage during shipping. There were no instructions, but my husband was able to figure the install out (has installed ceilings fans before), went fast & smoothly. We knew this would be small based on description when we bought it, but it is powerful (lots of air flow for a 12’x12’ bedroom) & even provides a lot of light, both on the highest settings. Our teenage son is super happy with this in his room & loves the remote.

Instructions for assembly were lacking, but went together relatively easily. Kids love them and they push a ton of air. Silent operation and multiple settings. Mainly purchased them to avoid kids hitting their heads getting off the top bunks. Definately addresses that concern with the compact size.
