I like the RED color. It looks good, operates like a new laptop. Clean crisp and the performance is great. price is right. Only thing I missed was a DVD Drive. But there are work rounds that I use so a DVD drive is not necessary.

This computer does come in S mode but I was able to switch it out of S mode in about 4 minutes with a quick tutorial. Good lap top for my daughter to do her school projects or play Minecraft.

For a refurbished laptop, Amazon did a great job in keeping it in tip top shape! Also, I do love the red color on this HP laptop! The screen though is pretty bright, but I’m glad that’s adjustable in the settings. For this being my first refurbished laptop, I love it. It does come with Windows S (Safe) which can be turned off if you want to install 3rd party applications on your laptop.
