The fans were easy to put up by following the directions and the remote is a plus for where we put them.Can’t complain.

The box the fan arrived in was re-sealed, new tape over old. NO MANUAL came with product. The styrofoam holding the fan was BROKEN. All the wires were used/cut and FRAYED. The main wire harness to fan was cut off short, they will not fit a 3 foot down tube. . NO wall mount for remote. Back cover for remote MISSING. I have recently purchased this fan before and am familiar with how it appears new.UPDATE: Seller (CHAMPION PRODUCTS LLC) sent a new fan AND replaced broken receiver on first fan so I could use both fans. Fan works well and is quiet. Installation was straight forward.
