So far so good. I am only using the dry wall ax for building a small cabin on the farm, but it is working well. Should be a great little tool for the serious DIY guy or girl.

Works very well. Tape measure is 9ft. Holds carpenter pencil snugly. Quick change blade feature. I have used this cutting drywall and also scoring durock to snap sheets as well. Very happy with this.
