  1. Tom

I purchased this for working in my woodshop. I have been doing a lot of woodturning on my lathe. It’s nice to have the pockets to hold tools. Even the magnetic section is handy. It fits well is easy to put on and to take off and does a great job of keeping the wood shavings off my clothes while I work. It is well made and very well thought out.

I purchased this Briteree Apron based upon features and reviews of the product from other customers. I am not paid for this review and I purchased with my own money.Fit: I’m a 5′-11″ 185lbs Male and the fit for me is perfect. When properly adjusted it covers most of my chest up to right below my collar. The length is right at the top of my knees. I will have to say it takes a few times to getting use to putting on and taking off the the cross back style strapping in back, which I love based on other aprons I’ve used in the past. I like the quick single buckle in back to snap closed to secure the apron, no more bows from fabric style aprons. I have worn this apron for several days working in the shop and it’s another quality tool to use. I’ve set down at the scroll saw for a few projects, knelled down on the floor and the apron has not bothered me at all. It is a little stiff at first due the waxed canvas but should loosing up with usage.Features: The shoulder straps does not weigh down on my neck like some work belts i’ve used. I really like the leather hanging loop at the top to hang my small 16ft tape measure for quick and easy access. Sometimes i hang my safety glasses on the loop. I like the multiple pockets for pencils, pens etc. However the pocket for the phone is too small for my iPhone 11 pro max which is no issue for me. I will keep a small notepad for notes. I keep my dust collection remote attached to the strap (see attached picture) I like the Kangaroo style hand pockets. I keep my rafter square close by in that pocket. I usually store small items in the tool pocket with flaps so dust and wood chips won’t fill those pockets. I sometimes hang my cordless drill on the metal hanging loop for a quick grab. It also has a hanging loop inside at the top for hanging up in shop. I hang mine from a peg board hook.Overall I like the apron and If your reading this review your already interested in purchasing this item. I base my purchases on reviews as well. I would highly recommend you purchasing one for yourself or someone else I’m sure they will love it. Thank you for your time.

I really like this apron, it’s handy and only gets more comfortable every time I wear it. Unfortunately, the upper grommets started pulling out. When I attempted to contact customer support for the warranty and 100% satisfaction guarantee. It doesn’t exist. At least not any more. No website and the email was undeliverable. The rest of the product is great, but this flaw ruined the otherwise flawless apron.UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!I was recently contacted by the seller. As it turned out, their system was down for some major work. However, I offered a suggestion to make their product better and will be taking that into consideration for future design. They also are sending me a new shop apron. Their response time was fast friendly and professional. I’m now a fan and would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve gone through multiple iterations of aprons, and this one finally seems to work for me. Construction belts are too bulky for shop work, and don’t protect from shavings. The other apron I tried (woodcraft) had a neck loop that suspended the front of the apron, but would always pull on my neck and annoy me, as well as cause pain if I wore it for too long. This one has very nice X shoulder straps that don’t hurt the neck, and a very easy clip to secure it at the back.Despite what others have said about easy of getting in and out…. I do this all the time (having a toddler to watch after while working it is done 5+ times a day)pretty easy to pop it on and off once you get the hang of it. When taking it off a hook, just reach up through the straps to grab them where they connect to the top of the apron. Then just hoist it over your head using your elbows to open the straps. After it is on your shoulders, grab the clips at the sides and pull around back to secure. After 2-3 times, this is done in one motion and over in 2seconds.Highly recommended.

I just worked on my first wood piece after purchasing this, and found it to be handy for keeping my pencil and small tools handy. It has a very sturdy feel, giving me a sense of minor protection from flying debris and splashes during staining. Adjustments were simple and I didn’t feel restricted in motion at all. I’m about 6′ tall and 200 pounds. I’m happy to give my recommendation for this product as someone who paid full price on Amazon.

I thought I was a wood worker. I thought that I looked manly using my table saw, lathe or various dangerous shop tools. I was wrong until I put on this Mapron (Man Apron).Pros–I now stay clean-lost of pockets-Look good while working-Super comfortable-wife can’t keep hands off me while wearingCons–Wife cant keep hand off me when trying to finish projects

As far as work aprons go, this is the best I have seen and used. The straps are interconnected, and by adjusting the waist buckles, you adjust the shoulder straps, and overall tightness. This is a great feature as it allows a very easy adjustment to help it fit nice and snug and close to your body. The fabric is thick, and seems very durable. All the stiching is solid, and after 30+ hours with drills and heavy hammers hanging from the side loops not a single stitch has popped or looks strained at all. My only gripe is that the side loops are just a tab small, and larger wooden handled, or rubber handled hammers may not fit inside the loop without encouragement. Not a big deal for me, because my hammer with a wooden handle fits, and drops in and pulls out easily. Works great for drills, however. The magnets in the front are just amazing. What a great idea- it lets me keep 10 or so screws on my person at a time, and out of my hands. easily the best thing about this apron.

I work on a variety of projects that might result in me being covered in things that I don’t want to cover myself in. Usually I’m wearing clothes that I don’t want to destroy.Generally I have no idea what I’m doing… but when I’m wearing this apron, I sure look like I do. Also, when I take it off, my clothes seem to have been protected.Overall, very happy.
