projects under $1000.00 will fall on the maintenance side of the company, there is a minimum charge of
1. $379.80 for the first hour; includes estimated follow-up walkthrough measurements and basic design, and written repair report
2. $126.60 labor cost for each additional hour.
Material cost will be added to the final invoice.
The client is responsible for all material costs upfront when presented with the material cost quote.
